研发总监
负责公司研发中心整体事务和项目进展安排；
攻关“人二倍体细胞狂犬病疫苗”项目，获得具有良好遗传稳定性、抗原性的疫苗病毒原始株；建立篮式反应器发酵工艺；
攻关水痘减毒活疫苗项目；创新性地使用非EDTA消化工艺，提高了疫苗的安全性；单斑筛选后，建立了具有较高滴度的疫苗病毒主种子库。
负责新型佐剂的开发，将其与重组带状疱疹疫苗结合使用，能够显著刺激机体细胞免疫和体液免疫。佐剂安全性高，成本低，符合生产需要。
建立健全了流感减毒载体疫苗平台。在多个呼吸道疫苗项目中广泛使用，获得国家工信部“潜力奖”。并将本技术平台应用到慢性病治疗性疫苗中。
2021.01 – 2022.12 中国医学科学院医学生物学研究所 疫苗工艺研究
负责“鸡胚流感疫苗”的全流程中试研究和合格性鉴定；
参与新冠灭活疫苗的研发攻关，着力提高抗原产量100倍；
脊髓灰质病毒的培养条件研究，完成T瓶、细胞工厂、发酵罐的逐级放大；
对悬浮Vero细胞和种毒条件进行探索；
参与新冠mRNA疫苗的攻关研发，负责LNP包裹和鉴定、动物免疫效果评价。
2020.01 – 2021.01 科技部 中国生物技术发展中心 借调
参与“生物医用材料和组织修复”和“干细胞”两个专项的管理工作；
参与科技部应急攻关项目的立项管理工作。
2019.07 – 2020.01 中国医学科学院医学生物学研究所 实验技术人员
细胞培养病毒的条件探索，努力提高痘病毒抗原产量；
流感病毒反向遗传学上进行实验，稳定转染系统。
参与鸡胚流感疫苗的中试研究开发；
2016.07 – 2019.06 中国医学科学院医学生物学研究所 攻读博士学位
完成新型纳米乳颗粒佐剂在狂犬疫苗中的应用研究，“三羧酸循环中琥珀酸脱氢酶在疫苗佐剂方向上的运用”被引用和行业认可；
构建狂犬免疫球蛋白和狂犬病毒快速中和试验和ELISA在工业生产中适用性方法；
研究天然免疫应答在机体抗狂犬病毒中的作用。
2014.07 – 2016.06 昆明市儿童医院 医院感染控制科
协助院方在2015年和2016年先后通过国家三级医院评审和国际JCI医院评审；
完善医院感染管理程序文件制定和督导工作；
主办2015年中华医学会儿科分会医院感染管理全国年会。
2009.07 – 2014.06 玉溪市疾病预防控制中心 实验室主管
先后主持建立了玉溪市疾控中心病毒分离鉴定实验室和核酸检测实验室；
主持完成“玉溪市流感预防控制策略研究”项目，荣获市科技进步二等奖；
参加云南省16地州市疾控技能大赛，荣获二等奖。
