个人简介:

罗静,博士,教授,云南大学生物交叉技术创新中心PI。NSFC重大研究计划集成项目、重大项目课题等主持人;在Science, Nature, Sci Adv, PNAS, Sci Bull, Brief Bioinform, Heredity等杂志发表学术文章近60篇。曾获云南省自然科学一等奖,德国马普学会博士后奖学金。现任云南省遗传学会副理事长和云南省水产学会副理事长,云南高原土著鱼研究院科技副总,培养或联合培养的学生曾获中国首届博士后创新人才计划、中国科协首届青年人才托举工程博士生专项计划等支持,并获得省级硕博优秀论文等荣誉。致力于水产领域的产学研结合,主要研究方向为多倍化物种基因组多样性,脊椎动物多倍化基因组学,人工杂交多倍化鱼类的繁育与组学特征,鱼类的基因组演化及其生态适应性以及生物信息学及组学、AI for水产等领域的相关软件的研发。基于多年在脊椎动物复杂基因组学和生物信息学领域的深耕,结合云南大学生物交叉技术创新中心发展方向,利用AI与生物医药结合,聚焦AI驱动的生物医药质量智能评价技术与平台建设。

研究方向:

1、生物医药质量评价新方法与新技术的开发研究
基于多年在脊椎动物复杂基因组学和生物信息学领域的深耕,结合云南大学生物交叉技术创新中心发展方向,利用AI与生物医药结合,聚焦AI驱动的生物医药质量智能评价技术与平台建设,整合质谱、结构、活性等多源质量数据与深度学习、迁移学习等 AI 模型,解析复杂生物医药产品的质量属性关联;通过 AI 驱动的多源数据融合分析,构建可预测、可解释的质量评价新模式,实现产品质量实时监控与智能决策。
2、AI与数据平台驱动的复杂基因组研究与智能化应用
聚焦于将人工智能与多组学大数据技术相结合,推动复杂基因组演化规律的解析与智能化养殖管理系统的建设。利用跨组学数据(单细胞空间组学、基因组学、转录组学、表观组学、代谢组学等)整合与比较基因组分析,揭示多倍化事件对基因功能分化和适应性演化的影响。通过深度学习与大模型技术,研发影像识别与行为监测系统,精准识别水生动物的微小行为变化,为水产养殖的智能化、精准化提供技术支撑,推动种业创新与生态安全管理。
3、杂交物种基因组演化与生态安全研究
围绕云南高原冷水性鱼类与跨境流域土著鱼类资源,系统研究杂交多倍化物种的基因组变化规律的同时,注重生态安全边界。通过多组学与AI辅助选择,解析杂交优势(生长、抗病、饲料转化率、环境耐受等)的遗传基础;在严格的生态风险评估与准入管理下,形成标准化、可复制的良种繁育与养殖模式,建设规模化示范基地,推动云南特色渔业跨越式发展与产业升级。
